Shipping policy
Orders over $2000 qualify for FREE Shipping
We try to ship every order placed on weekdays by 2 PM EST the same day. If the order is placed after 2 PM, we still try our best to ship it the same day. If USPS Priority Mail shipping is requested or required, it's best if the order is received by 2 PM EST due to the USPS cutoff time.
Currently, we are using USPS Priority Mail to ship orders that contain vapor products and UPS to ship orders containing only smoke-shop products.
Please always pick the appropriate shipping option for you. If the pickup at Black Bunker option is selected at checkout, your order will not leave our warehouse as our systems and team will see that you intend to pick that order up from us locally.
If you have any special shipping considerations, please let us know and we will do our best to ensure that your packages are delivered according to your specific requirements.

Please note that pre-filled butane items such as lighters are subject to a separate Hazmat fee which is calculated at time of checkout.
We offer local pickup of orders. Here's how it works:

Place your order online or over the phone with a representative.

Select Pickup at Black Bunker at checkout or let your representative know you'd like to pick up your order.

All orders must be placed online or over the phone before you come in to ensure the fastest turn around time.
Orders can only be picked up from 11 AM to 6 PM. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM the previous day for pickup the following day.

Local Delivery
We deliver to most of Miami, Broward, Homestead, Doral, West Palm Beach, Kendall, Coral Gables, Hialeah. We are adding more areas we can deliver to as quickly as possible.
